I am unsure of the concept of regrets…
At the time that an action occurred, it was EXACTLY what you wanted to do.
The feeling of regret comes when you think about what you did AFTER the event.
So what’s the point of regrets?
A simple fix: don’t do stupid things.
Think before you act is what most parents instilled in us as kids.
Regretting is a waste of time when you could just think of ways to FIX what you did,
& if you’re thinking about your regrets, you’ll start to think about how much time you WASTED not fixing the error in a timely manner.
Of course, not everything is fixable,
& that’s where you learn to just deal with your actions & suffer the consequences.
