Sometimes when things happen often, you'd THINK that you'd get used to it.
Often times that is true,
However one of the times where it doesn't apply is when relationships end.
When someone important is in your life,
You begin to develop a routine.
You talk to them often,
See them often,
& have stories WITH them.
When the routine is broken due to the relationship ending, you become lost.
& you feel unbalanced.
There are many reasons as to why relationships end.
No time.
No communication.
No trust.
No respect.
A L L key elements to make a successful relationship.
Truth be told, & you can call me old fashion if you like.
If a person REALLY wants you in their life, it'll show.
They'll make the effort.

They'll make the time.
They'll find ways to communicate,
Because nowadays, how hard is it to communicate?
There's E-mail, text, mail, a phone call.
YES IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
Some people are so blinded,
& yes I am guilty of it as well.
That they don't see the truth.
They make exceptions.
& they make excuses.
Lesson learned: don't be blinded by excuses.
Or continue to allow the same mistake happen.
TRUST YOUR INTUITION.
& remember, if someone REALLY wanted you in their life, they'll make the effort.
Trust is earned & the HARDEST to gain back.
Relationships should be 50-50, nothing more & nothing less.
Stop making excuses or making up stories in your head to keep this person in your life when they don't deserve it.

Don't chase those who CHOOSE not to be caught.
You set yourself up for disappointment.
Continue living your life the way you choose.
The right one will come along & fit perfectly in your life.

First impressions usually determines how a person is.
It lets you know whether they're kind, douche bags, insecure, arrogant, etc.
Some people are good at making first impressions, however, when you get to know them, their true selves show.
You'll really know a person when you see all sides to them.
Especially when they're angry.
It's understandable that people act completely different when they're sad or upset.
They act in irrational ways when their emotions are too intense,
& when they add alcohol, it becomes amplified.
However, when they calm down, regrets appear & apologies are made.
On the other hand, how many times can a person accept an apology for irrationality before it gets old?
"I'm sorry I was drunk I didn't mean it" can only be heard so many times before you're just over it.
So what do you do?
Suggestion: either cut them out of your life or continue to be the dumb ass that accepts it.
I'm a firm believer that if a positive change needs to be made & if someone wants to continue to have you in their life, the change would be made.
When relationships end, people either become friends, acquaintances, or complete strangers.
I like to believe that if a person meant a great deal to you, you'll still have them in your life.
Granted it may not be the same as it once was, but nonetheless, you'll still treat them with kindness & respect as you did during the relationship.
A first impression is a lasting impression.
For someone who once treated you with respect, courtesy, & kindness & turns around & acts like an jerk, it throws you off.
It has you believing that you never really knew the person.
You become shocked, in disbelief & wonder what happened to the amazing person you once knew.
I wrote earlier to just cut people out,
As easy as it is to say, it's one of those things that is difficult to do.
When a person changes & you care for them, you TRY to find answers.
What happened to the person I met & knew?
Sometimes you either have to search, go through more pain, or just let it be.
"It's best to know & be disappointed than to never know & always wonder"
Just hope that if someone really cared/cares about you, they'll tell you the truth so you can either heal, or deal with it & work it out.
